∎ B.Sc. in Architecture from any reputed Public/Private University. Preferably - BUET, CUET, KUET, RUET, AUST, BRAC etc.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 8 year(s)

Job Context:
∎ Department -Planning and Coordination - Head Office
∎ Employment Type - Permanent

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Project brief development:
∎ Prepare project concept and briefing for the consultant architectural firm.
∎ Assist Business Development in procuring projects with necessary development/growth control knowledge and experience i.e. FAR, Program etc.
∎ Prepare project briefing for sales with necessary architectural insight.
∎ Design, development and modification:
∎ Pursue and collect Architectural conceptual design from the consultants and provide innovative feedback for necessary modification on the conceptual design and internal layout.
∎ Check and finalize authority drawings and submit for necessary approval.
∎ Review working drawing for error free construction work.
∎ Coordinate and harmonize architectural design with structural and MEP design and system.
∎ Continuous R&D to expand existing portfolio of brands and products.
∎ Prepare mock-up 3D views from modification drawings if needed.
∎ Ensure Consultants site visit as per agreement and on requirement.
∎ Coordination:
∎ Regular and routine visit of under-construction projects.
∎ Prepare Presentation and preparation/KIT for Marketing Department
∎ Design Development as per Sales requirement.
∎ Coordinate with consultants as and when needed.
∎ Coordinate with relative departments as and when required.
∎ Arrange inter-departmental meeting to enhance team performance.
∎ Control a project from start to finish through periodical discussion with Project Heads.
∎ Monitor and follow up the Construction schedule as per Work Breakdown Structure.
∎ Any other responsibilities assigned by the management

Additional Requirements:
∎ Technical / Functional :
∎ Good knowledge and understanding of 3d max, Sketch up, Photoshop, Corel draw
∎ Thorough knowledge of construction material, finishing material, standard and codes
∎ Good knowledge in interior design and detailing, landscape and lighting.
