Job Responsibilities:
∎ Control project from start to finish to ensure high quality, innovative and functional design.
∎ Ensure that all works are carried out to specific standards, guidelines and regulations.
∎ Designs interior spaces, including permanent architectural details and temporary elements.
∎ Produces sketches, drawings, and floor plans to illustrate concepts and finished projects using computer-aided design programs (CAD) and hand-drawing skills.
∎ Selects design strategies and color palettes to create cohesive and aesthetically pleasing environments.
∎ Enhances and improves interior spaces' functionality by modifying architectural elements and arranging furnishings, artwork, and décor.
∎ Creates project budgets, including materials, labor and negotiates pricing for materials and labor.
∎ Establishes project timelines and coordinates work activity, vendor involvement, and outside contractors as necessary.
∎ Maintains relationships with vendors and outside contractors, and hires out work as necessary.
∎ Performs research and maintains a working knowledge of trends and new developments in the interior design and architecture worlds.
∎ Works closely with various colleagues, including architects, artists, contractors, painters, upholsterers, and building inspectors.
∎ Follow architectural trends and advancements.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Proven working experience as an Architect.
∎ Sound Knowledge in Modern Interior & Exterior Design concept.
∎ Strong portfolio to prove artistic skills
∎ Expert knowledge of interior/exterior design, space design, workstation, office, apartment design and relevant rules, regulations and quality standards.
∎ Excellent drawing skills and familiarity with design software (Adobe Photoshop, SketchUp, 3d Studio VIZ or similar)
∎ Strong imagination and the ability to think and create in three dimensions
∎ Visual awareness and an eye for detail
∎ Communication and project management skills
