∎ Skills Required: AutoCAD, Computer skill
∎ Diploma in Engineering in Civil Engineering
∎ B.Sc. in Civil Engineering from any reputed university or
∎ Diploma in Civil Engineering with proven experience.
∎ Skills Required: Computer skill
∎ America Bangladesh University,Ahsanullah University of Science and Technology,Shanto Mariam University of Creative Technology students will get preference
∎ Skills Required: Architectural Design, Hard Working

Job Context:
∎ A renowned interior farm is looking for minimum one year experienced, hard working, dedicated & honest "Architect & Site Supervisor" for its Interior Business unit. One
∎ Project Engineer (Civil) for constructions project.
∎ Civil Engineer :
∎ To Study the structural and architectural design/drawing pertinent of the project and plan accordingly.
∎ To ensure progress of the construction works as per schedule.
∎ To maintain project cost by monitoring monthly actual expenditure with actual works done.
∎ To ensure that all logistics supports i.e. materials including in-house supplies, detailing are available on demand at site so that project work flow will not be interrupted.
∎ To prepare construction progress report and submit to concerned authority on time.
∎ To check bills of the contractors and coordinate with Accounts & Finance Department to ensure payment accordingly.
∎ To ensure safety & security of man and materials, equipment and other assets of the company allotted for the project.
∎ To submit the requisition with proper product specifications by analyzing inventory.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare Client meeting presentation
∎ Understanding Client needs and Develop Design Concept for the Company and Clients
∎ Must have sound knowledge in Auto Cad, Lumion, Sketchup & Microsoft Power Point
∎ Prepare Design concept, Plan Elevation, detailed Working Drawing, 2D & 3D Visualization and Cost Estimation.
∎ Make and Submit quotation, models, Complete construction documents,
∎ Assist building plan and Material presentation.
∎ The candidate must have Sound Knowledge in Modern Design & Drawing.
∎ Have to be resourceful and creative problem solver.
∎ Candidate must need to visit project site and supervision of working progress.
∎
∎ Civil Engineer :
∎ To supervise, monitor and ensure overall construction works including finishing work as per specification.
∎ To prepare project and material planning.
∎ To monitor material requisition period and delivery timelines to ensure project work.
∎ To follow up project activities & should have strong command on site Engineers.
∎ To ensure quality construction works.
∎ To control costs and wastage, track usage against estimates, maintain inventory & stocks.
∎ To ensure smooth operation of project activities.
∎ To maintain site safety.
∎ To identify errors, gaps & escalate as required.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 30 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): 3d Modeler, Render, Architecture, Interior Design.

Salary:
∎ Tk. 15000 - 22000 (Monthly)
∎ Not applicable
