Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch), Diploma in Architecture
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Architecture
∎ Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare Architectural design concept, plan, elevation and section with Detail working drawing.
∎ Drafting the drawings as required following Rajuk or other building code
∎ Frequently visit Rajuk and other authorities as per their requirements
∎ Prepare detailed working design & specifications from start to finish according to client's expectation.
∎ Periodic supervision of ongoing work and coordinate with engineering other departments.
∎ Prepared detailed architectural drawings for all type of projects such as residential, commercial, Industrial, and create architectural visualization.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Excellent knowledge of all professional 2D and 3D designing tools ie: Autodesk, Auto CAD, Photoshop etc
∎ Should possess advance knowledge and understanding of exterior and interior design.
∎ Must have adequate knowledge in exclusive residential building design.
∎ Having sound knowledge of conceptual design, design development and construction drawing preparation.
∎ Excellent visual and graphic presentation skills and expertise in design software.
∎ Having relevant work experience in consultancy firms are strongly encouraged to apply.
∎ Must be a team player, proactive, self-motivated and willing to take initiative & result oriented.
Salary:
∎ Negotiable
