Educational Requirements:
∎ Diploma or B.Sc in Architecture/ Civil Engineering from a reputed University

Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 6 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Drawing, Architectural Drafting, Detailing, Hotel, Interior Design

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Should have very good understanding in high detail Interior Design.
∎ Capable of preparing Drawing Coordination with all different discipline
∎ Experienced in preparing detail working drawing and Shop Drawing preparation and review.
∎ BoQ and SoQ Preparation
∎ Compile project specifications
∎ Keep within budgets and timelines
∎ Ensure that all works are carried out to specific standards, building codes, guidelines and regulations
∎ Make on-site visits to check on project status and Construction progress is inline with the design intent.
∎ Cooperate and liaise with construction professionals
∎ Follow architectural trends and advancements
∎ Assists the project design coordinator and owner/site meetings with internal team members and/or external consultants, contractors, and sub-contractors.
∎ Manages the submittal and RFI response process.
∎ 3D Modeling and BIM Modeling in Revit

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 32 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Requires very good skills on AutoCAD, Revit, 3D Modeling.
∎ Experience in a Five Star Hotel Project will give preference.
∎ Capable of simultaneously supporting of multiple tasks.
∎ General understanding of accessibility codes, life-safety codes, building construction systems, means and methods, materials, and industry associated standards.
∎ Takes direction well, however proactively takes appropriate action without requiring continued direction.
∎ Manages multiple deadlines and priorities.
∎ Team player with the client, entire project team and contractor.
∎ Excellent interpersonal, team-building and oral and written communication skills.
