∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Real Estate, Architectural Consultancy, Interior and exterior Design·
∎ Should have sound knowledge about CDA & RAJUK rules and regulations.
∎ Capable to carry out own responsibility and ensure the timely completion of work.
∎ Efficient in architectural drawing, working drawing, 3D Modeling and Rendering.
∎ Sound knowledge regarding building materials
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Real Estate, Architectural Consultancy, Interior and exterior Design·
∎ Should have sound knowledge about CDA & RAJUK rules and regulations.
∎ Capable to carry out own responsibility and ensure the timely completion of work.
∎ Efficient in architectural drawing, working drawing, 3D Modeling and Rendering.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Preparing the Preliminary Layout Plan or Proposal considering the findings of FAR Analysis and as per Guideline of Dept. Head/Sr. Architect.
∎ Preparing all required Architectural Drawings for construction purpose as per Guideline of Dept. Head/Sr. Architect·
∎ Supervising Drawings for Approval Authorities like CDA, City Corporation, WASA, PDB etc.
∎ During Construction, visiting the sites at different phases as per instruction of Dept. Head/ Sr. Architect.
∎ Visiting Different Showrooms for Gathering updated information regarding materials, fittings, furniture etc.
∎ To ensure deadlines are met on time, on budget and on target of the project.
∎ Reviewing of existing Design consulting with the Dept. Head/ Sr. Architect, which may be required to:
∎ Perform any other tasks assigned by the Management from time to time.
∎ Context:
∎ Oriental group commenced modestly in 1982 in Real Estate business and with prudent entrepreneurship. At present, the group has several number of concerns owned private limited companies and entrepreneurs with a substantial turnover. Oriental Group is looking for an energetic, target oriented, self motivated and proactive Architect who has at least 3 years experience in the similar field.

∎ Job Responsibilities:·
