∎ Dipolma / B. Sc in Civil Engineering at any reputed University.
∎ Training/Trade Course: Auto CAD, Design and drawing,Furniture design
∎ Skills Required: Interior Design
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Auto CAD Designing, Interior Finishing
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Engineering Firms, Furniture Manufacturer, Interior Design
Job Context:
∎ Location: Head office (Dhanmondi)
∎ Ability to work with Management.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Capable of preparing details measurement, Drawing, Detailing of lay-out plan, design with Auto-CAD presentation/2D preparation as per requirements of the Project/Factory.
∎ Keeping a record of project/Factory documents properly.
∎ Prepare BOQ & Specification as per design-drawing.
∎ Giving assistance & co-ordination with the Project Engineer & concerned person.
∎ Maintain correspondence with External Architectural Firms.
∎ Other responsibilities to be assigned by the management from time to time.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 28 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Have at least 5 (Five) year's experience in Residential, Commercial & Interior- Exterior design
∎ Must be dedicated, self motivated, proactive, energetic & communication ability.
∎ Proper knowledge of operate Graphics design, Auto-CAD etc.
Salary:
∎ Handsome salary will be offered for the mention criterion personnel.
