Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch) from reputed private or public Universities.
∎ Candidates from BUET, KUET, CUET, RUET, BRAC, NSU, IUB, Ahasanullah University are highly preferable.
∎ Training/ Trade Course: Auto CAD, Design and drawing, Furniture design
∎ Skills Required: Interior and Building Solutions.

∎ At least 3 year(s)
Job Context:
∎ Oriental group commenced modestly in 1982 in Real Estate business and with prudent entrepreneurship. At present, the group has several number of concerns owned private limited companies and entrepreneurs with a substantial turnover.
∎ We are looking for an experienced candidate for Architect position who will be able to work for both Interior and Building Solution.
∎ The candidate will be responsible for full projects from starting part to End part. He will be also responsible for project and construction management, project monitoring and overall project coordination in both effective & efficient manner.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Capable of preparing details measurement, Drawing, Detailing of lay-out plan, design with Auto-CAD presentation/2D preparation as per requirements of the Project/Factory.
∎ The applicants should have experience in Interior Design.
∎ Keeping a record of project/Factory documents properly.
∎ Prepare BOQ & Specification as per design-drawing.
∎ Giving assistance & co-ordination with the Project Engineer & concerned person.
∎ Maintain correspondence with External Architectural Firms.
∎ Other responsibilities to be assigned by the management from time to time.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply.
∎ Having at least 3 (three) year's experience in Residential, Commercial & Interior- Exterior design.
∎ Must be honest, dedicated, self motivated, proactive, energetic & punctual.
∎ Proper knowledge to operate Graphics design, Auto-CAD etc.
Salary: Negotiable
