∎ Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch)

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Designing
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Architecture Firm, Consulting Firms, Interior Design, Real Estate

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare the concept and develop design considering area / location perspective, client and management expectation
∎ Coordinate with the Consultants for on time design submission
∎ Coordinate with the in house Engineering team in construction implementation
∎ Deal with the clients for preparing their Interior design work in apartment projects.
∎ Work as a team member of Design & Development consisting Architects, 3D visualizers and CAD Operators.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 27 to 35 years
∎ Should be sound in 3D Max, Sketch up, Coral Draw, Auto CAD, Adobe Photoshop.
∎ Should be able to work under stress and meet the deadline as per job requirements.
∎ Should be sound in FAR calculation and CDA design submission process
