∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Capable of preparing details measurement, Drawing, Detailing of lay-out plan, design with Auto-CAD presentation/3D preparation as per requirements of the Company.
∎ Creating design and working drawing by computer-aided design (AutoCAD, Sketch up, V-ray Render, Lumion, Enscape, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe after effects and other relevant Software).
∎ The applicants should have experience in creative Exterior Design and Interior Design.
∎ Prepare all types of working drawings,3D models, Interiors and create animations.
∎ Sound knowledge in residential, commercial Industrial factory building and keeping a record of project properly.
∎ Capable of preparing details measurement, Drawing, Detailing of lay-out plan, design with Auto-CAD presentation/3D preparation as per requirements of the Company.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Develop design according to the requirements and concept. Prepare full working drawing set for contractor.
∎ Visit sites and supervise activities to ensure compliance with drawings/specification.
∎ Revise plan during construction, if any modification required.Prepare detail drawing of landscaping & decorative features for site.
∎ Prepare design specification, finish schedule, door and window detail, material, costs and construction schedule. (as per requirements from the client).
∎ Liaison with Architect & check the drawing and forwarded for construction.
∎ Should involve in design development, working drawings and presentation drawings.
∎ Close contact with execution or concern site in charge to ensue proper execution.
∎ Preparing all type of reports concerning design section.
∎ Provide necessary support to ensure sample collection and delivery.
∎ Top supervision of all concerns projects.
∎ Preparing architecture Rajuk plans.
∎ Sound knowledge in residential, commercial Industrial factory building and keeping a record of project properly.
∎ Giving assistance & co-ordination with the Project Engineer & concerned person.
∎ Monitor weekly action plan/checklist & Update weekly project progress report.
∎ We are looking for an experienced candidate for Architect position who will be able to work for both Interior and Exterior Solution.He will be also responsible for project and construction management, project monitoring and overall project coordination in both effective & efficient manner.
∎ Job Responsibilities:
