Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Assist senior architects in the development of architectural designs from concept to completion.
∎ Prepare detailed architectural drawings, renderings, and presentations.
∎ Conduct site visits and assessments to gather information and support project development.
∎ Collaborate with internal teams, including project managers, engineers, and construction teams, to ensure project objectives are met.
∎ Research and apply building codes, zoning laws, and other regulations relevant to architectural design and construction in Bangladesh.
∎ Participate in client meetings and presentations, providing support and contributing to the development of design solutions.
∎ Maintain project documentation, including drawings, specifications, and reports.
∎ Stay updated with industry trends, materials, and construction techniques.
