∎ Experience in a similar role. (No need to apply if you don't have hands-on experience with designing and completing large-scale commercial interior projects.)
∎ Additional certificates or licenses may be appreciated.
∎ Sound knowledge of Sketch-up modelling, rendering and construction drawings.
∎ Great leadership and organizational skills.Superb project management skills.
∎ Ability to apply logical and critical thinking skills to projects.Great written and verbal communication skills.
∎ A willingness to learn.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Professional degree in Architecture, interior design or a related field.
∎ Proven experience as an Interior Designer or Architect, with a strong portfolio showcasing completed design projects.
∎ Proficiency in design software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, V-ray, Lumion, D5 Render, Adobe Creative Suite) and Microsoft Office.Excellent creativity in design, color, and spatial arrangements.
∎ Strong understanding of building codes, safety regulations, and accessibility requirements.
∎ Exceptional communication, presentation, and client management skills.
∎ Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
∎ Commitment to sustainability and an understanding of sustainable building practices.
