Job Responsibilities:
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area (s) : Auto CAD designing, 3D Max.
∎ Concept, Plan, Elevation, and section, with Detail Working drawing.
∎ If anyone having IEB Membership will get preference
∎ Must have working experience with any developer/construction related company.
∎ Preparation of quotation, budget & schedule for different type of project.
∎ Preparing and presetting design proposal to client.
∎ To coordinate with consultant and client about ideas, design and drawings.
∎ To guide the detailing of any layout/design for proper Estimation as well as execution.
∎ Organize working team for site survey and give them direction.
∎ Calculation of Far (Dap 2022-2035).
∎ Guide preparing sheet for Rajuk / other Authorities.
