Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare Architectural design & drawings on the basis of current RAJUK rules.
∎ Prepare drawings for building reconstruction, remodeling or equipment installation from sketches, models or prototypes.
∎ Ensure total coordination between architectural, structural, electro-mechanical and other teams for intended completion of interior jobs of the projects.
∎ Apply innovative techniques/ approaches to solve problems and adapt new technologies.
∎ Ensure that the works are executed in accordance with proper procedures, prevailing standards and the construction meets the guidelines, codes and all specifications as specified in contract documents.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Sound knowledge on modern architectural design.
∎ Ability to prepare Interior design Concept / 3D Visualization.
∎ Experience in Auto CAD 2D & 3D, Corel Draw, 3D Studio Max, Photoshop, Illustrator
∎ Sound knowledge on RAJUK rules, drawings and ability to produce working drawings, construction detail drawings.
∎ Check and ensure that the work is carried out as per design and drawing
∎ Should be creative, proactive, innovative, dedicated, target oriented and team player.
∎ Ability to handle pressure.
∎ Excellent interpersonal and communication skill both in English and Bangla.
