Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Lead and mentor a team of architects, draftsmen, and designers, fostering their professional growth and development.
∎ Develop innovative and sustainable architectural concepts for residential and commercial developments.
∎ Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including construction, engineering, and sales, to ensure seamless project execution.
∎ Manage and coordinate architectural resources, both internal and external, to meet project deadlines.
∎ Ensure all architectural plans and designs comply with local building codes, regulations, and permits.
∎ Liaise with government authorities and regulatory bodies to obtain necessary approvals for projects.
∎ Establish and maintain quality standards for architectural designs, materials, and workmanship.
∎ Conduct regular site inspections to monitor the progress and quality of architectural work.
∎ Promote a collaborative and creative work environment within the architectural department.
∎ Stay updated with the latest architectural trends, materials, and technologies to promote sustainability and innovation in our projects.
