Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare Architectural Design and Interior Design Concept, Plan, Elevation, and Section, with Detail Working drawing 3D Visualization and client meeting/Presentation, Site Monitor & Supervise.
∎ Controlling projects from start to finish to ensure high-quality, innovative and functional design.
∎ Creating designs and working drawing by computer-aided design (Auto CAD, Sketch-up with Enscape Animation / 3D Studio MAX with V-Ray Render and Photoshop )
∎ Sketch design detail, visualization, report writing with neat formatting presentation skills.
∎ Product research, building regulation requirements, detail Technical Drawings.
∎ Productive site visits with recording quality and progress.
∎ Managing programmers, critical paths/pinch points/looking ahead and key documentation
∎ Handover overview.
