Job Responsibilities:
∎ Planning, designing, monitoring, controlling & completing interior/exterior of project
∎ Designing and administering projects applying knowledge of architectural design, construction detailing, construction procedures, zoning and building codes, and building materials and systems
∎ Ensure the project meets the specific standards, guidelines, rules and regulations laid by different authorities
∎ Utilizes computer-assisted design software and equipment to prepare project designs and plans.
∎ Produces construction documents in AutoCAD and Revit
∎ Conceptualize the projects by 3D modelling
∎ Communicate , coordinate and negotiate with supplier, contractors and other professionals
∎ Communicate with the foreign companies for drawing-design and execution of the project as and when required
∎ Source construction materials to meet specifications of design
∎ Regular site visits to check on progress and supervise work force
∎ Resolving problems and issues that arise during construction
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ 5-10 year(s) experience in reputed companies
∎ Experience in showroom design & construction will be an added advantage
∎ Excellent technical drawing and project management skill
∎ Ability to operate software programme, Sketchup, 3d studio max, Archicad, Revit, Rhino Photoshop, Illustrator etc.
∎ Specialist construction knowledge to supervise workforce in construction area
∎ Ability on Interior designing will be recognized as a strong additional qualification
∎ Excellent leadership skill
∎ Strong communication and interpersonal skill
Salary: Negotiable
