Auto CAD Designing
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Architecture Firm, Developer
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare Design (Interior, Architecture & Landscape) Concept, plan, elevation, Detailed & Working drawing, 3D Visualization.
∎ Create architectural drawings based on building specifications, calculations and sketches
∎ Research according to the project type & budget.
∎ Produce layout/furniture design, 3D design & necessary presentation for clients.
∎ Prepare detailed working design & specifications from start to finish, independently.
∎ To be updated on the latest design trends.
∎ Capability to do the Commercial & residential Interior projects.
∎ Any design related duties can be assigned by the authority
∎ Ability to work under pressure and deadline.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 30 years
∎ Must have experience of working in at least three (03) Building construction projects (Compulsory).
∎ Software Knowledge.
∎ Autodesk, Auto CAD Familiar with various construction methods and materials.
∎ Good graphics sense, strong interpersonal and communication skills
Salary: Negotiable
