Job Responsibilities:
∎ Understand/provide interior design solutions for retails shops, corporate offices, homes, hospitals, banks, insurance companies, apartments, etc.
∎ Adequate knowledge in designing residence & commercial space, showrooms and guest-houses, commercial high rise, resort etc.
∎ Controlling project from beginning to end.
∎ Aid in creating BOQ.
∎ Gain knowledge of contemporary building and interior materials.
∎ Assist in prepare project budgets.
∎ Meet clients to present proposed designs.
∎ Assist in conducting comparative cost analysis of materials.
∎ Gain clear perception of architectural and structural drawings.
∎ Must be punctual in discharging duties and responsibilities.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 30 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Knowledge of the following technologies: Auto CAD 2D, 3D Drawings, Photoshop, Corel Draw, Illustrator, Macro Media Presentation, Max, V-ray, 3D animation, Sketchup and MS Office.
∎ Must have innovative design sense.
