Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch.)

Experience Requirements:
∎ 1 to 5 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Extensive/thorough knowledge on project detailing (Must-have requirement)
∎ Knowledge of 3D Studio Max, Sketch - Up, Lumion. Corel Draw, Exterior Design and Interior Design will be an additional advantage.
∎ Prepare design concept, plan, elevation, detailed & working drawing.
∎ 3D visualization and prepare BOQ & Material specification as per design drawing.
∎ Preparing architecture Rajuk plans.
∎ Prepare all type working drawing.
∎ Sound knowledge in residential, commercial Industrial factory building and Keeping a record of project properly.
∎ Prepare presentation/ technical proposal to respective clients for approval.
∎ Detailing of any layout/ design for proper estimation as well as execution.
∎ Determine project function and conceptual costing as per management demand.
∎ Monitoring drawing process based on field measurement.
∎ Follow up the project execution on regular basis (visit work-sites to ensure that construction adheres to architectural plans).

∎ Age 23 to 40 years
