∎ Bachelor of Fine Arts (B.F.A) in Interior Design, Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch.)

∎ 3 to 6 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Architecture firm, Interior Design
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Furniture, Furniture Manufacturer
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare the interior design for all kinds of Office, Home, Hospital, Hotel, Shop, Market etc.
∎ Modelling of objects, e.g., furniture, household etc. optimization/refinement of 3D scans typical work includes: remeshing, sculpting, modelling, texture painting.
∎ Must have knowledge about BOM, BOQ, Bill and other necessary documents regarding sales and R&D.
∎ Must have capability about the production design of interior & furniture.
∎ Innovative and skilled in new product development.
∎ Visit the project site or customer's point to collect the measurement & required data.
∎ Prepare Cost Analysis as per design.
∎ Have to do lots of 3D and Rendering. Hence expertise in 3D and Rendering is a MUST.
∎ Outline client design objectives.
∎ Conceptualize and sketch design plans.
∎ Create 3D graphics design & mockup.
∎ Create 3D motion graphics.
∎ Inspect design after completion to determine whether client goals have been met.
∎ Research and gather information on material and product sourcing.
∎ Candidate who is interested in classical interior design will get extra attention.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Must have experience in Auto Cad, 2D, 3D Studio Max, V-ray renders, SketchUp, Adobe Illustrator, Interior Design, Product Renovation
∎ Must have knowledge of planning Interior Design for Residential, Office, and Commercial Spaces.
∎ Must have a clear understanding of the production process of all furniture items (Wood, LB, Metal) Raw materials, price of each item & machinery.
∎ Have appropriate knowledge of cost minimization techniques and proper application of these techniques to product development.
