∎ Strong communication skills, a team-oriented mindset, a self-driven work ethic, and the ability to meet fast-paced project demands. 3DS Max, SketchUp, and Maxwell Render rendering and modelling experience is preferred.
∎ Excellent sketching and freehand drawing abelites.
∎ Experience with Revit is preferred. Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign preferred.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Bezpoke is seeking a talented and experienced Interior Architect with exceptional skills in design conceptualization, space planning, and technical development to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will excel at managing multiple tasks, delivering high-quality results, and ensuring seamless project execution. This role involves collaborative teamwork, client engagement, and the ability to present design concepts effectively to clients and stakeholders.
∎ Key Responsibilities
∎ 1. Design and Space Planning:
∎ • Develop creative and functional interior architectural solutions tailored to residential projects.
∎ •Create detailed floor plans, layouts, and design concepts that align with client needs and preferences.
∎ • Optimize space planning to achieve maximum utility and aesthetic appeal.
∎ • Prepare technical interior architectural construction specifications and documentation.
∎ • Contribute to design conceptualization and programmatic solution development.
∎ 2. Project Management:
∎ •Oversee the technical development and documentation of projects.
∎ •Manage project timelines and budgets effectively.
∎ •Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure smooth execution.
∎ 3. Client Engagement:
∎ • Attend online and offline meetings with clients to understand briefs and develop architectural solutions. Create timely, high-quality residential interior designs.
∎ •Present design concepts in moodboard presentations to clients for approval.
∎ • Maintain strong client relationships by providing exceptional service throughout the project lifecycle.
∎ •Attend client meetings (both online and offline) to understand briefs and provide tailored solutions. •Present design concepts, mood boards, and detailed plans for client approval.
∎ •Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring exceptional service throughout the project lifecycle.
∎ 4. Design Research and Presentations:
∎ •Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, materials, and finishes.
∎ •Prepare innovative and visually compelling design presentations for clients and stakeholders. •Integrate sustainable and creative design solutions into all projects.
∎ •Utilize various media formats, including renderings, animations, and motion graphics, to visually communicate design concepts.
∎ 5. Team Collaboration:
∎ •Lead technical development and project documentation efforts.
∎ •Collaborate closely with design and marketing teams to align projects with company goals.
∎ •Partner with sales and marketing executives to understand market demands and tailor designs accordingly.
∎ 6. Other responsibilities:
∎ •Maintain accurate project documentation, including progress reports and design updates.
∎ •Adhere to project budgets and deadlines while ensuring high-quality output.
∎ •Demonstrate a strong desire to learn, adapt, and grow in a team-orientated environment.
∎ Required Skills:
∎ • Proficiency in design software, including AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3Ds Max, and Adobe Creative Suite.
∎ •Expertise in space planning, design, and project management.
∎ •Exceptional creativity, problem-solving, and innovation skills.
∎ •Strong communication, documentation, and negotiation abilities.
