∎ Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from BUET, CUET, KUET, RUET, SUST or any other IAB accredited public universities candidates are requested to apply.
∎ Skills Required: 3d max with vray rendering, 3DS MAX, Adobe illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, AutoCAD, LUMION, Rhino
Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare Architectural Design and Interior Design Concept, Plan, Elevation, and Section, with Detail Working drawing 3D Visualization andclient meeting/Presentation, Site Monitor & Supervise.
∎ Controlling projects from start to finish to ensure high quality, innovative and functional design.
∎ Creating designs and working drawing by computer-aided design
∎ Auto CAD
∎ Sketch-up with Landscape Animation
∎ 3D Studio MAX with V-Ray Render
∎ Interior Design
∎ Photoshop
∎ RAJUK Drawing expert
∎ Report writing with neat formatting presentation skills.
∎ Building regulation requirements
∎ Detail Technical Drawings
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Proficiency in architectural design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or similar tools.
∎ Strong design and conceptualization skills, with a keen eye for aesthetics and attention to detail.
∎ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
∎ Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet project deadlines.
∎ Knowledge of sustainable design practices and principles.
∎ Experience in construction coordination and site supervision is an asset
