∎ We believe that a Designer is a creative professional who transforms spaces into safe, functional, and visually appealing areas. They strategically plan space utilization, and actively select color palettes and lighting fixtures to cultivate a n inviting ambiance in diverse settings. That`s why we need a creative and expert architectural interior designer.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare Architectural Design and Interior Design Concept, Plan, Elevation, and Section, with Detail Working drawing 3D Visualization and client meeting/Presentation, Site Monitor & Supervise.
∎ Controlling projects from start to finish to ensure high quality, innovative and functional design.
∎ Creating designs and working drawing by computer-aided design
∎ Auto CAD
∎ Sketch-up with Landscape Animation
∎ 3D Studio MAX with V-Ray Render
∎ Interior Design
∎ Photoshop
∎ RAJUK Drawing expert
∎ Report writing with neat formatting presentation skills.
∎ Building regulation requirements
∎ Detail Technical Drawings.
∎ Agendas, run design team/site meetings, write minutes, productive site visits recording quality and progress.
∎ Managing programmers, critical paths/pinch points/looking ahead and key documentation.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply

∎ Good expression
