Requirements:
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Consulting with Head of Design & Architect on the preliminary design concept to finalize the layout plan, external elevation, type & style. Prepare preliminary drawing under the guidelines of the team leader. Guide the CAD operator for the guidelines of the team leader. Develop design according to the requirements and concept. Prepare full working drawing set for contractor. Visit sites and supervise activities to ensure compliance with drawings/specification. Revise plan during construction, if any modification required. Prepare detail drawing of landscaping & decorative features for site. Prepare design specification, finish schedule, door and window detail, material, costs and construction schedule. (as per requirements from the client). Liaison with Architect & check the drawing and forwarded for construction. Should involve in design development, working drawings and presentation drawings. Close contact with execution or concern site in charge to ensue proper execution. Preparing all type of reports concerning design section. Provide necessary support to ensure sample collection and delivery. Take sample approval from client, along with marketing team. Top supervision of all concerns projects. Monitor weekly action plan/checklist & Update weekly project progress report.
