Job Context:
∎ Department: Architecture
∎ Report to (Direct): Senior Architect / Director
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Follow the vision and mission of the Principal Architect to be aligned with his/her Architectural vision.
∎ Receive all the idea & concept from Main Architect as per the client requirement for individual Interior or Exterior Project.
∎ Planning with the Main Architect my future scope of work in the project.
∎ Visiting site and set all the necessary measurements and utility information from my Diploma Architect to have the proper site analysis.
∎ Support Main Architect for reference, investigation, studying Rajuk analysis for area calculation & rules.
∎ Support Main Architect with the SWOT analysis and to develop. (Strength, Weakness, Opportunities and Threat.)
∎ Preparing all the Authority Drawings for Rajuk Approval & large project Approval as per requirement.
∎ Fix with the Main Architect who will manage the client or what part of the process will be managed by me.
∎ Develop final 2d drawings for basic stage Plan, Elevations and Sections in a Scale of 1:200
∎ Develop the Execution Drawings by fixing the Electrical, Mechanical, Plumbing & Structural Drawings. Doing modification as per Technical requirement.
∎ Support the Main Architect to follow the project state, exploring and select all Suppliers.
∎ Asist in Construction Management Supervision by co-ordination with all our Contractors and Suppliers.
∎ Product Selection, Material Selection, Sample Production and Collection coordinating with Procurement Officer.
∎ Checking daily report from ILSL team for ongoing projects & Follow-up Architects work including other works as well.
∎ Participate and contribute in 3D visualization for Architectural and interior design projects.
Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 4-5 years in similar position, having worked in some projects already.
∎ Candidates with good skills in English communication, both written and verbal, will get preference.
∎ Experience with software skills like AutoCAD, 3Ds Max, Sketch up, Vray, Lumion, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator etc.
