Job Responsibilities:
∎ Wanted Architect for 360° Design Studio Ltd. Looking for suitable employment for more than single vacancy. Skills we look for-
∎ Skilled in computer aided software such as AutoCAD, 3DS Max, Sketch Up, Lumion, V-Ray 3D rendering, Photoshop, Illustrator, Corel Draw, MS Office Powerpoint, MS Word, MS Excel.
∎ Can transform the schematic drawings into detailed ones.
∎ Can transform the schematic drawings into detailed ones with good drawing skills.
∎ Can visualize the project and thus generate 3D perspectives from 2D drawings.
∎ Can prepare plan, section, and elevation with proper detailing.
∎ Can prepare BOQ along Specification with good analytical, graphical and presentational skills.
∎ Possess good knowledge about interior finishing material & furniture design.
∎ Aware of the building codes as per Dhaka Imarat Nirman Bidhimala.
∎ Possess good leadership quality, can undertake execution of interior projects effectively. Also Keeps a good relationship with clients and ensure on time delivery of projects.
