∎ Age 30 to 45 years
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Responsibility to run the Architectural section, smoothly & efficiently with quality output of architectural design in respect of stipulated time.
∎ Guide Architectural design team for preparing quality design within a target time and budget.
∎ As per the desire of management, Chief Architect will prepare a preliminary design concept of a project and transfer it to deputy chief architect for further developments.
∎ After the development he has the responsibility to get approval from management. Based on approved concept arrange to prepare complete design through the deputy chief architect and his team and get the final approval from the management.
∎ Instruct and oversee the deputy chief architect and his team to prepare architectural drawings for approval from concern Govt. organizations as well as for site and client.
∎ Prepare the schedule of architectural design and drawing of total projects and transfer to Additional chief architect for action.
∎ Co-ordinate Architectural design & Architectural section of CAEL meeting of Rajuk requirements including aesthetic and functional aspects.
∎ Co-ordinate & liaison with other Government agencies for attained approval.
∎ Re-consideration of built up area and saleable area of approved design meeting the stipulated requirements.
∎ Check & finalize actual expenditure after completion of project.
∎ Check & finalize bill of quantities (BOQ) & rate analysis for submission of tender.
∎ Site control & site visits for proper implementation of Architectural design.
