Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor or Master's Degree of Architecture with good academic.
∎ IAB membership shall have preference or Diploma Architect.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Use Sketch-up software for preparing detail interior and architectural model.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Auto CAD Designing, SketchUp,3D Max, Lumion.
∎ Prepare Architectural 2D and 3D drawings of Interior Design.
∎ Concept, Plan, Elevation, and Section, with Detail Working drawing.
∎ Good 3D Modeling and test rendering skills.
∎ Expert on exterior and Interior both will get preference.
∎ If anyone having IEB Membership will get some preference.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Applicant with technical working experience in plumbing works will get preference.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Building civil work maintenance, Civil Construction, Building/Facility Management work.
∎ The applicant should have experience AutoCAD use and make design.
∎ AutoCAD, MS Word, MS Excel, Power point, Internet Browsing & Proficiency in both Bengali and English writing, speaking & listening.
Salary: Negotiable
Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ T/A, Mobile bill

∎ Weekly 1 day off and all Govt. Holiday.
