Architecture Firm, Developer, Real Estate
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Contribute creative design ideas, mainly in residential and commercial area in coordinating design and construction.
∎ Store & organize materials specifications for all projects.
∎ Coordinating with consultant for the selection of materials and finishing details according to budget.
∎ Review & check for the proper finishing work.
∎ Lead site coordination with all architectural, structural, electrical and plumbing drawings
∎ Develop materials list and mood board design for in-house material library.
∎ Prepare Area Calculations according to guidelines.
∎ Site visits with consultants to give urgent support for finishing.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 32 years
∎ Sound knowledge of construction
∎ Ambitious.
∎ Result-driven.
∎ Team player.
Salary: Negotiable
