Job Responsibilities:
∎ Project presentation to the sales team.
∎ Providing drawing modification support as per plan.
∎ Preparing brochure content materials.
∎ Conducting materials survey & selection (common area finish materials).
∎ Project-wise mood board creation.
∎ Common area interior design.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 24 to 32 years
∎ Good at FAR Calculation.
∎ Expert in graphical presentation.
∎ Sound knowledge in interior execution.
∎ Sound knowledge of construction (building and interior).
∎ Ambitious.
∎ Result-driven.
∎ Team player.

Salary: Negotiable
