Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Assist in the development of architectural designs for commercial and residential projects.
∎ Prepare and modify architectural plans, drawings, and designs using AutoCAD, SketchUp, or similar software.
∎ Work closely with senior architects and engineers to ensure that designs meet client specifications and are feasible within budgetary constraints.
∎ Conduct site visits to assess project progress and ensure designs are implemented correctly.
∎ Ensure compliance with local building codes, safety regulations, and company standards.
∎ Collaborate with various stakeholders, including construction teams, contractors, and suppliers, to ensure smooth execution of projects.
∎ Prepare detailed drawings, specifications, and boq (Bill of Quantities) as required for projects.
∎ Provide technical support during the construction phase and help resolve any design-related issues.
∎ Assist in the preparation of presentations and reports to showcase project concepts to clients and management.
∎ Be willing to take on additional assignments as directed by the department head or honorable management authority.
∎ We are looking for a talented and detail-oriented Architect (Diploma Level) with a minimum of 2 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The candidate will be responsible for assisting in the planning, designing, and overseeing the construction of various projects, ensuring they meet both functional and aesthetic standards. The role demands strong technical skills, creativity, and the ability to work in a dynamic environment.
