Educational Requirements:
∎ B. Sc in Architecture/ Civil Engineering form a reputed University.
∎ Skills Required: AutoCAD, BIM Modeling, ID Construction, Revit

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): 3D Modeling, Architectural Drafting, Attention to detail, AutoCAD Drafting, cost estimation or BOQ, Interior Design, quantity surveyor

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Should have a very good understanding of highly detailed Interior Design.
∎ Capable of preparing Drawing Coordination with all different disciplines.
∎ Professional experience in Interior construction methodology and different materials.
∎ Experienced in developing and review of detail working drawings and ID Shop Drawings.
∎ BOQ and SOQ Preparation, Specially in Interior Design.
∎ Preparing drawings, specifications, and construction documents.
∎ Ensuring that all works are carried out to specific standards, building codes, guidelines, and regulations.
∎ Make on-site visits to check on project status and Construction progress is in line with the design intent and target.
∎ Cooperate and liaise with construction professionals.
∎ Follow Architectural trends and advancements.
∎ Manages the submittal and RFI response process.
∎ 3D Modeling and BIM Modeling in Revit.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 32 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Requires very good skills in AutoCAD, Revit, 3D Modeling, and MS Office is a must.
∎ Experience in a Five Star Hotel Project will give preference.
∎ Capable of simultaneously supporting multiple tasks.
∎ General understanding of Brand Standards, accessibility codes, life-safety codes, building construction systems, means and methods, materials, and industry associated standards.
∎ Strong project management skills. And manages multiple deadlines and priorities.
∎ Team player with entire project team, and contractors.
∎ Excellent interpersonal, team-building, oral, and written communication skills.
