∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Architecture/ Civil Engineer
∎ Skills Required: 3D CAD,Architectural Drafting,Auto CAD Drafting
Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 10 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Should have the capability to do 3D Designing , Architectural Designing
∎ Perform on-site observations and provide recommendations on various spaces' designs
∎ Capture and comprehend client requirements
∎ Create design plans
∎ Ideate and develop innovative design solutions
∎ Work with various interior design themes and styles
∎ Assist in the generation of Bill of Quantities (BoQ) for design and installation services
∎ Architecture or Interior Design background
∎ Good understanding of design themes and styles
∎ Knowledge of using 3D modelling tools
∎ Good interpersonal and analyzing skills
∎ Creativity, imagination and a passion for designing
∎ Rajuk plan , Eclectic design & Plumbing design
∎ Capable of preparing details measurement, Drawing, Detailing of lay-out plan, design with Auto-CAD presentation/3D preparation as per requirements of the Project/Factory.
∎ Keeping a record of project/Factory documents properly.
∎ Maintain correspondence with External Architectural Firms.
∎ Any other job assigned by the management

∎ Age 30 to 40 years
