Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg), Diploma in Engineering, Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch), Diploma in Architecture
∎ • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Sketchup, Photoshop & Excellent problem solving skills
∎ • Strong technical expertise related to design and construction

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 4 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ for Architect:
∎ • Design construction documents and project management
∎ • Act as point of contact for all technical issues
∎ Prepare Architectural 2D and 3D drawings of Interior Design.
∎ Concept, Plan, Elevation, and Section, with Detail Working drawing.
∎ Prepare Meeting Presentation, attend phone calls.
∎ For Civil Engineer:
∎ To handle independently civil construction work of factory construction.
∎ Provide technical advice regarding design, construction or program modifications and structural repairs to industrial managerial personnel.
∎ Resolve design and development problems.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 44 years
∎ To handle independently civil construction work of factory construction.

∎ Resolve design and development problems.
∎ Estimate quantities and cost of materials, equipment or labor to determine project feasibility.
∎ Make sure the project complies legal requirements.
∎ Ensure the day-to-day construction operations are done safely, timely and highest quality standards.
∎ Making BOQ for construction projects.
∎ Maintain Civil works as per requirements.
∎ Design & planning for water line maintenance.
∎ Guide construction people like interior technician, sanitary technician, plumber, meson etc.
∎ Estimation, Costing & time scheduling making for big construction work.
∎ Structural design making with auto CAD/ Revit Architect software.
∎ Candidate should have good Knowledge about ACCORD/Alliance and BV experience will give preferable.
∎ Prepares feasibility study by analyzing engineering design; conducting environmental impact studies assembling data.
∎ Good Knowledge about BNBC 2006.
∎ General Computer skills- MS Office, AutoCAD etc.
