∎ 5 to 6 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Architecture, Auto CAD Designing, Civil Engineering, Interior Design, Project Planning
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Real Estate

Job Context:
∎ Candidate ready to join with short notice will get privilege.
∎ Main responsibility is to understand clients requirement, preparing design as per clients demand and taking the hole responsibility of project from work starting to handover with proper satisfaction of clients.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop functional and space appropriate concept & designs independently.
∎ Research & source materials independently according to the project type & budget.
∎ Produce layout/furniture design, 3D design & necessary presentation for clients.
∎ Prepare detailed working design & specifications from start to finish, independently.
∎ To be updated on latest design trends.
∎ Capability to monitor the project as according finishing quality and considering budget.
∎ Capability to do the Commercial & residential Interior projects.
∎ Any design related duties can be assigned by the authority
∎ Knowledge in product and estimation will be an asset.
∎ Ability to work under pressure and deadline.
∎ He Must has the ability to work on multiple projects independently.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Experienced persons in Interior related firm will be highly preferable.
∎ Creativity, imagination, Conceptual thought and excellent drawing skills
∎ An eye for creative design, including color, and good 3D awareness
∎ Ability to visualize concepts and explain them to others
∎ Auto CAD
∎ 3D MAX with Vray
∎ Photoshop
∎ Illustrator
∎ Sketch up
