Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Skill as an architect i.e. who can develop a concept, can express that concept through sketch & design while taking assistance of computer by using different software.
∎ Who can handle Clients independently & successfully?
∎ Can guide, motivate team members for the project with time and budget constraints.
∎ Who can work as a team leader / member for the project with responsibility as agreed with the client.
∎ Follow up / monitor or at time may do thyself required working drawings for the project.
∎ Do the project “Work schedules” on His / Her own and doing different variance analysis.
