∎ Must have practical experience in duplex and Multi Stored Building design & drawing.
∎ Extensive experience in interior works.
∎ Expertise on Auto CAD, 3Ds MAX(Vray), Photoshop, Corel draw,
∎ Practical experience on Duplex and Multi Stored Building design & drawing.
∎ Clear concept in construction and design related jobs.
∎ Problem-solving and decision-making.
∎ Creative Thinking.
∎ Proficient in client handling.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Execution of Design works in time.
∎ Prepare architectural concept design and guide 3D team to prepare 3D perspective design of the specific project.
∎ Coordinate and prepare design, drawing for individual project in time.
∎ Produce detailed workings, drawings and specifications. Move on regular site visits to check the proper execution of design & drawings and solve the design related problems that are found in the construction work with intimation to site engineer. Work closely with a team of other professionals such as Structural engineers, construction heads.
∎ Prepare architectural plan, elevation and details of the drawing on the basis of rules and standard (current) of RAJUK and/ or relevant regulatory authorities.
∎ Monitor execution of design & drawings related to on-going construction works.
∎ Looking for an Architect in the department of design development with strong communication skills, enthusiasm to find creative and innovative solutions to assigned tasks, and ability to work in and foster a collaborative environment.
