∎ Bachelor in Architecture Public University, or Masters in Architecture (with preference) IAB membership Must.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 10 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Architectural planning of Residential & Commercial Buildings also steel structure;
∎ Calculation of FAR, MGC, Seatback.
∎ Preparing sheet for Rajuk/ Other Authorities.
∎ Clear concept on Interior & Exterior drawing & design;
∎ Capability of modern and contemporary present world interior & exterior architectural trend.
∎ 3D visualization of Residential & Commercial Building.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 28 years
∎ 5-10 Years on relevant field
∎ The applicants should have experience in Architecture Firm, Engineering Firms.
∎ Male candidate is preferable for the post.
∎ Preferable to foreign project work experienced
∎ Computer knowledge must include related software.
∎ Candidate should be well appearance and organized
∎ Excellent communication and presentation skills in English
∎ Must have patience and competence to work under pressure.
∎ Candidate should have intension to work anywhere in the Bangladesh.
Salary: Negotiable
