∎ Bachelor's Degree in Architecture or Interior Design.

∎ Fair experience as an Interior Architect or Interior Designer.
∎ Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Renderer V-ray/Lumion/D5 or Similar.
∎ Strong knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and accessibility standards.
∎ Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
∎ Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
∎ Creative mindset with strong attention to detail.
∎ Portfolio demonstrating previous interior architecture projects.
∎ Fair experience as an Interior Architect or Interior Designer.

∎ Collaborate with clients to understand their needs, preferences, and budget constraints.
∎ Develop detailed interior design concepts, sketches, and renderings.
∎ Select appropriate materials, finishes, furniture, lighting, and accessories.
∎ Prepare detailed drawings and specifications using design software.
∎ Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure design feasibility.
∎ Conduct site visits and installations to ensure quality and accuracy.
