Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch), Diploma in Architecture

Experience Requirements:
∎ 1 to 3 year(s)
∎ Freshers are also encouraged to apply.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Types of Work: Interior and Architectural Design& Drawing.
∎ Preparing and presenting feasibility reports and design proposals for prospective client.
∎ Concept developing & project planning.
∎ Preparing Interior 2D, 3D presentation & working drawing, home interior & commercial interior.
∎ Preparing architecture plans, specifications, Rajuk/ Powroshova sheet prepare & others..
∎ Providing all kinds of plan, elevation, detailed drawing, working drawing, specification & 3D presentation.
∎ BOQ preparation (material estimation, cost estimation, price quotation).
∎ Report regularly to authority and appraise the progress.
∎ Responsible for managing primary inventory works, drafting the space plan for site management and supervision.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ The applicant should have experience in the following areas: 2D, 3D, Studio Max.
∎ Preferred experience in Auto CAD, 3D Studio Max, V-Ray, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Corel Draw & MS Office.
∎ Advanced creativity in visualization of interior designs.
∎ Preferred Gender: Male/Female.
∎ Sound knowledge in Modern Architectural Design & Drawing.
∎ The applicant should have at least 2-3 years working experience as architectural building designer in any Architectural Firm, Consulting Firm or Development Agency
∎ Ability to work under pressure.
∎ Should have sound knowledge in all necessary visualization software.
∎ Should have sound knowledge in designing residence, hospitality & commercial space, showrooms, resort etc.
