Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Preparing Architectural 2D Plan and 3D Design Concept
∎ 3D Interior and Exterior Visualization
∎ Preparation and checking of BOQ, Cost estimate as per approved Design
∎ Provide the 3D Design with a Video demonstration to the customers
∎ Research and decide on materials and products sourcing
∎ Supervise of Project work Ideas & progress
