Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch)
∎ Skills Required: Adobe Photoshop, any video editing software, AutoCAD, coral draw, LUMION, SketchUp
Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Create high-quality 3D models using Lumion and other relevant software.
∎ Ensure accurate representation of design concepts and specifications provided by the design team.
∎ Collaborate with the design team to develop and refine models based on project requirements.
∎ Optimize and refine 3D models for rendering and animation purposes.
∎ Maintain a library of models, ensuring they are up-to-date and easily accessible.
∎ Stay up to date with the latest trends and techniques in design and 3D modelling.
∎ Presentable 3d animation using Lumion and edit animations with appropriate video editing software like Adobe Premier Pro, Adobe After Effects and others.
∎ Prepare presentations for meetings
∎ Masterplan render with landscaping using Adobe Photoshop, Corel Draw and other related software.
∎ Has to be active to prepare the projects on time.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 32 years
∎ The applicant must have knowledge and experience of working in softwares; Autocad, Sketchup, LUMION, Adobe Photoshop, any video editing software.
∎ Without these software knowledges we do not encourage you apply.
