Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Architecture
∎ Bachelor of Graphics Design/ Diploma/ Fine Arts
∎ Educational qualifications may be relaxed based on experiences and expertise.
∎ Skills Required: 3d Visualization
Experience Requirements:
∎ 1 to 2 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
3d Visualization
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Creating architectural visualizations, in the form of photo-realistic still renderings, animations.
∎ Creating 3D models and assets for renderings of residential, commercial, and infrastructure interiors and exteriors .
∎ Collaborating with team members to create captivating imagery that conveys design vision and storytelling.
∎ Managing multiple projects and deadlines.
∎ Maintaining project and asset archives and 3D model library, project database and tracking
∎ Capability of understanding of architectural plan & structural design.
∎ Monitoring and controlling of material quantities, qualities, etc.
∎ A deep understanding of design concepts to interpret design briefs given by another team.
∎ Using innovation to redefine a design brief and meet time and budget constraints via working under pressure.
∎ Strong aesthetic sense, detail-oriented, ability to learn quickly and work efficiently as team.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 26 to 32 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Auto CAD, 3D Max with V-Ray render & Adobe Photoshop, Art & Sketch
∎ Applicants must provide a link to their online Portfolio when applying.
∎ Excellent visual design skills, focusing on clean, modern design.
∎ Conduct research on current presentation and design trend, learning, new concepts and tools and keeping updated.
∎ Work in a team and in line with the Management instruction as and when required.
∎ Experiences or Hobby on Photography, Music and other social activities would be added an extra advantage.
∎ Must be proficient in English (oral and written).
∎ Interpersonal and verbal communications skills to communicate in a professional and timely manner to clients and vendors.
∎ Excellent visual design skills, focusing on clean, modern design.
∎ Must have the ability to work under pressure.
