Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg)
∎ Graduate In Electrical and Electronics/ Applied Physics & electronics/ Computer Science/ Computer Engineering/ Mechanical with good experience in specifically industrial field.
∎ Or equivalent combination of education and related experience/training.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 1 to 2 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Selling of Pharmaceuticals, Textiles, Food-Beverage, Cement, Ceramics, Tannery, Footwear, papers and pulp, Chemical Industries, Re-rolling mills Spare-Parts, Consumables & Machinery.
∎ Have ensure achievement of monthly sales target, collection & sales proceed.
∎ Regular visit of clients to motivate and ensure sales consistency.
∎ Establish and maintain profitable relationship with existing and potential customers to reach the given target.
∎ Monitoring market activities as per company requirement and to follow up all the sales activities.
∎ Monitoring competitors activities, submit report and recommendation for counter act.
∎ Market Survey / Market research with extensively field visit & find out potential clients.
∎ Collecting and analyzing the data for preparing marketing strategy.
∎ Preparing quotation, presentation, tender, sales analysis and other reports.
∎ Perform any other tasks assigned by the management as per company requirement.
∎ Have to Participate in various training program (Inland & Overseas) for marketing & sales of respective products & solutions to process industry.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 30 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ At least 01/ 02 year(s) experience preferably in Technical Marketing.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
∎ Engineering Firms, Market Research Firms, Overseas Companies, Trading or Export/Import, Cement Industry, Pharmaceuticals, Textiles, Food-Beverage, Cement, Ceramics, Tannery, Footwear, papers and pulp, Chemical Industries, Re-rolling mills
∎ In-depth market exposure on Industrial Spare Parts, Consumables & Machineries.
∎ Effective ability to communicate with co-management, internal and external customers
∎ Must high ambitious.
∎ Daily reporting of work on scheduled time.
∎ Timely execution of sales reports.
∎ Ability to work independently and under time pressure.
∎ Should have good physical fitness
∎ Should have pleasant personality with unique way of approach to achieve the target.
∎ Candidates should have good communication skill in English.
∎ Should be passionate for Sales Job.
Salary: Negotiable
