∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): PLC Program, Power Plant Instrumentations, Distributed Control System (DCS) of any make, SCADA, Testing & Commissioning, Work Presentations Skill with Excellent Communication.
∎ Candidate must have English fluency.
∎ Must have interested on site/plant visit.
∎ Ability on hand-to-hand task as practical work.
∎ 3D modeling and rendering, AutoCAD, Automation, Knowledge on PID, PLC & SCADA Systems, Utility Management.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): PLC Program, Power Plant Instrumentations, Distributed Control System (DCS) of any make, SCADA, Testing & Commissioning, Work Presentations Skill with Excellent Communication.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Working Hours: 9:00 am to 7:00 pm
∎ Develop and program PLC (Programmable Logic Controllers), SCADA (Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition), and DCS (Distributed Control Systems).
∎ Automation System Design & Implementation
∎ Design and integrate HMI (Human-Machine Interface) for user-friendly control.
∎ Optimize industrial processes using automation strategies.
∎ Select, install, and calibrate sensors, transmitters, actuators, and controllers.
∎ Maintain and troubleshoot industrial control panels and field instruments.
∎ Ensure instrumentation accuracy through regular testing and calibration.
∎ Maintenance & Troubleshooting.
∎ Diagnose and resolve automation system faults, communication issues, and process inefficiencies.
∎ Perform preventive and corrective maintenance to minimize downtime.
∎ Provide technical support for operational teams to ensure smooth operation.
∎ Process Optimization & Data Analysis.
∎ Analyze data from control systems to improve process efficiency and reduce waste.
∎ Implement continuous improvement techniques using automation solutions.
∎ Monitor system performance and suggest upgrades or modifications.
∎ Ensure all automation and instrumentation systems comply with safety regulations and industry standards (e.g., IEC, ISA, OSHA).
∎ Conduct risk assessments and implement fail-safe mechanisms.
∎ Maintain proper documentation, including wiring diagrams, P&ID, and technical manuals.
∎ Project Management & Collaboration.
∎ Coordinate with cross-functional teams, vendors, and contractors for new installations or upgrades.
∎ Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources for automation-related projects.
∎ Train operators and maintenance teams on automation and control systems.
