Educational Requirements:

∎ Preferred Professional Certification: CA CC or CMA Partially Qualified in CA or CMA.
∎ Skills Required: Commercial/ Purchase, petty cash management, Project Monitoring, Tax (VAT/ Customs Duty/ Income Tax)

∎ 4 to 6 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Budgeting, Computer skill, Finance/ Accounts, Foreign Correspondence, Local Purchase, Microsoft Excel, petty cash management, Tax (VAT/ Customs Duty/ Income Tax)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Manufacturing (Light Engineering & Heavy Industry), Engineering Firms, Manufacturing (FMCG), Audit Firms /Tax Consultant, Electric Wire/Cable

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Oversee and manage the general accounting functions, including, but not limited to: accounting entries, general ledger, stock ledger and ensure bellows: - month and end-year process; general ledger; treasury; budgeting; cash forecasting; revenue and expenditure variance analysis; capital assets reconciliation; fixed asset activity.
∎ Capable to prepare, review, and analyze monthly and yearly financial statements to ensure accuracy and completeness.
∎ Prepare segment-wise yearly budget and ensure timely correct reporting including monthly budget variance analysis.
∎ Ensure compliance with Local regulatory issues and timely submission of tax.
∎ Liaison with Banks, Financial Institutions donors and other investors to facilitate debt and equity and grant funding.
∎ Perform ad hoc analysis and projects as requested.
∎ Proper knowledge in calculating all TDS and VDS on bills and Employee's salary.
∎ Must have proper communication skills with other department as well as top management.
∎ Ensure reconciliation of Bank accounts and other accounts.
∎ Create management tools that effectively monitor accounting processes.
∎ Analyze the effect of statutory accounting practices and studies regulations and guidance to ensure correct application of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles.
∎ Generate various analyses and financial reports for the management.
∎ Monitor month-end reports, schedules, payments and receipts.
∎ Maintain, update and monitor inventory records.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Thorough knowledge of accounting standard, TAX & VAT
∎ Excellent verbal and written communication abilities across all level of an organization
∎ Strong leadership skills with a dedication to driving and achieving results
∎ Knowledge of employee relationship building and performance management techniques
∎ Advanced Microsoft Excel skills. Experience with other financial systems.
∎ Must be fluent in both English & Bangla.
∎ Excellent interpersonal & communication skills.
∎ Computer proficiency in Microsoft application & data analysis.

Salary: Tk. 40000 - 50000 (Monthly)
