Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop Plans for purchasing equipment, services and supplies
∎ Sourcing and engaging reliable suppliers and vendors
∎ Negotiating with suppliers and vendors to secure advantageous terms
∎ Building and maintaining effective relation with vendors and suppliers
∎ Implement cost effective procurement strategy
∎ Maintain record of purchase, pricing and other data
∎ Review and analyze all vendors quotation and ensure product quality
∎ Processing orders, organizing and confirming delivery of goods and services
∎ Controlling procurement budget and promote a culture of long term saving
∎ Preparing procurement report
Salary: Negotiable
