∎ Age 24 to 40 years
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ 1. Keep regular contact with all stake holders for smooth handling of the shipments.
∎ 2. Accept and confirm booking approval to shippers/local buying agent.
∎ 3. Provide space booking to airlines and release shipment plan CCL to ensure smooth operation.
∎ 4. Send shipment information to agent/consignee/shippers/buying houses on or before flight departure.
∎ 5. Prepare invoice against each shipment within the same day of flight departure.
∎ 6. Maintain liaison with CCL OPS/DC team as and when required.
∎ 7. Ensure to move all consignments according to Standard Operation Procedures (SOP) Outlined.
∎ 8. Sending booking with the different carriers to secure space.
∎ 9. Visit airlines to establish a strong relationship with them.
∎ 10. Maintaining lesion with airport operation for left behind and missing shipment.
∎ 11. HBL/ FCR preparation.
∎ 12. Follow up all the shipments and obtain POD from agents within the 3 days upon shipment arrival.
∎ 13. Establish strong relationship with Airlines to secure better rates & services.
