Educational Requirements:
∎ Mater's in Statistics from reputed university.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Gather data and conduct analysis with the goal of improving commercial operations.
∎ Analyze statistical correlation between different parameters to recommend controlling specific business parameters for favorable business outcomes.
∎ Analyze trends, time series, seasonality of business KPI and other parameters to help management understand future scenario based on that.
∎ Track KPIs and report on supply chain's performance.
∎ Assist in the negotiation of supplier contracts or service arrangements with past data and patterns.
∎ Identify underperforming areas in the supply chain and may suggest improvements or resolutions to problems.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 28 years
∎ Candidates having 1 year of relevant experience.
∎ Good communication and interpersonal skills.
∎ Capability to better negotiation.
∎ Ability to speak in both Bengali & English.
∎ Strong analytical ability.
∎ Good command in Microsoft Office package.
∎ Well conversant with documentation and filling system.
